Every student who undergoes the CNA training program must fulfill the following requirements prior to registration.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years or older

• High school graduate or GED equivalent

• Able to read, write and communicate in English

• No records of crimes, arrests, assaults of any kind.

• Valid Photo ID

• Physical exam

• 2- Step Tb test (Current within 1 year)

• Copy of Covid Vaccine

Upon the beginning of training, all students are required to wear scrub and toe-covered shoes.
